The Zion Free Will Baptist Church is seeking a Pastor, who will serve as the chief shepherd/officer of the local church and the primary leader/teacher of the church.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in ministerial leadership and church administration (with a proven track record of sound fiscal responsibility, decision making and management)
• Ability to preach the doctrinal truths of the Word of God in a traditional Baptist church.
• Ability to lead by respect, trust, acceptance, discovery and depth to build up the body of Christ.
• Participate with church conventions; as well as local, annual and general organizations.
• Provide an effective Christian Education program structure for all ages and ministries.
• Good counseling, communication and organizational leadership skill and abilities;
• Dependable and confident in handling personal manners;
• Visionary with a vision for the future of the church and community;
• Must have at least High School Diploma.
